WHERE IS BAZILIKA CLOTHING MADE?

All Bazilika brand clothes are produced in our own factories in Russia in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
 

 

 

WHAT FABRIC DO YOU SEW FROM? 
In production we use only natural fabrics such as silk, cashmere, wool, cotton, viscose and linen. Fabrics and yarns for dresses, suits and coats are purchased in Italy. Cotton and denim fabrics in Japan.

 

 

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR ORDER?

You can pay for your order on our official website en.thebazilika.com using any credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal

 

 

 

IN WHAT CURRENCY IS THE PAYMENT MADE?

The website shows prices in Russian rubles. The amount in your local currency will be debited from your card at the current exchange rate.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1-2 business days.

If the Customer has place a pre-order for the product, the package will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse. The date of arrival of the goods at the warehouse is indicated in the conditions of pre-order in the description of the goods.

If the Customer has placed an order for several products, where at least one of the items is on pre-order, then the parcel will be sent to the Customer when the pre-ordered product arrives at the warehouse.

DO I NEED ADDITIONALLY PAY FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Please note that the cost of goods on the website does not include customs fees and duties. This means that your shipping costs may increase due to taxes and duties depending on the local tax system. Please check up-to-date information on monthly limits, duties and rules for customs clearance of parcels before placing an order.

 

 

HOW DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
It is easy to pay customs fees. After delivery to the country of destination, you can pay the tax by following the link that you will receive via SMS from DHL along with your invoice number. All you have to do is pay your tax online. You do not have to communicate with representatives of the customs service, as the tax amount is calculated automatically.
In some countries, customs fees can be paid directly to the courier upon delivery of the parcel.

 

 

COULD CALCULATE THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMS PAYMENTS?

COULD YOU SEND THE PARCEL AS A GIFT OR LOW THE COST OF THE INVOICE?
Parcels are sent only with an official invoice, where the exact cost of purchases is indicated. We are a commercial organization with a large volume of daily international shipments checked by the customs services of the Russian Federation and the country of destination. We do not send parcels in ways that are contrary to the law. The seller and the buyer are equally criminally liable for evading customs payments in accordance with Article 194 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

 

 

CAN I REFUSE THE ORDER AND CUSTOMS PAYMENT AFTER SENDING THE PARCEL?
You can refuse the order if the package has not been sent yet. After the parcel has been dispatched, the buyer cannot evade customs duties. Customs payments must be paid by the buyer and the package must be received. After payment of customs payments and delivery, you can issue a return of the goods (for more details, see the RETURNS section)

HOW CAN I MADE A RETURN?

If the product does not fit you, you can easily exchange or return the product without explanation within 7 days of delivery.  To make a return, follow the instructions on the website in the Return section

 

 

DURING WHAT TIME CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Return parcel must be sent no later than 7 days from the date of initial delivery. We will not be able to accept the parcel and make a refund if the parcel is sent later than 7 days. This is due to the peculiarities of the legislation and customs clearance in Russia. 

 

 

HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

Refunds are made within 1-3 business day from the receipt of goods from the buyer. The term for crediting money depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.

 

 

IN WHAT CURRENCY WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

The refund will be made in the buyer's local currency at the exchange rate on the day the refund.​

 

 

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?

If the order has not been sent yet, you can cancel the order. To cancel the order, write to customer support at sales@thebazilika.com
The refund will be made taking into account the exchange rate on the day the order is canceled. Please note that PayPal withholds a commission when canceling an order. If the order was paid by card, then no commission will be charged.
