HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
 
To place your order, select the desired item(s) and the appropriate size/color and click "Add to Shopping Bag".   

Your Shopping Bag will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, and can be accessed elsewhere on the site by clicking the Shopping Bag icon in the top right-hand corner. Once you have made your selection, please click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your delivery and payment details. When your order has been confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
 
The order is transferred to DHL from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Usually, the delivery time for worldwide delivery is 3-4 business days. After sending the order, we will send you a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number for your order, please check the Spam folder.
WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEM BE BACK IN STOCK?
 
Unfortunately, for items that are not in the Pre-order section, we will not be able to inform you about the possibility of receipt or dates of receipt. Please follow our updates.
Items expected soon are placed in the Pre-order section on the website, the product card indicates the date of receipt of the product at the warehouse. For these products, you can pre-order for a guaranteed reservation or wait for the release for sale.
HOW TO CHOOSE A SIZE?
 
We recommend using the size guide at link, using your measurements, and also using the product and model measurements in the product card.
WHAT IS A PREORDER?
 
Items expected to arrive soon are placed in the "Pre-Order" section. These items will be clearly marked as such, and will display an estimated shipping date for your reference on their product pages. 

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
 
If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1-2 business days.

If the Customer has place a pre-order for the product, the package will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse. The date of arrival of the goods at the warehouse is indicated in the conditions of pre-order in the description of the goods.

If the Customer has placed an order for several products, where at least one of the items is on pre-order, then the parcel will be sent to the Customer when the pre-ordered product arrives at the warehouse.
WHERE CAN I TRACK ORDER STATUS?
 
When we ship your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Then you can track your parcel on dhl.com​
If you have not received e-mail from us, please check the Spam folder.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES?
 
All orders  are free from duties. Customs duties and fees in the destination country are paid by the seller

RETURN

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
 
Please note, international orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. International returns are technically impossible due to sanctions against Russia and no re-import to Russia.
Returns are technically possible only for the following countries: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus.
Before making a purchase, we ask you to select size, color, quantity of goods carefully.
 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
 
You can cancel your order if the package has not been sent yet. 
If your parcel has left our warehouse and is in transit, unfortunately, the order technically cannot be canceled and returned to our warehouse due to re-import to Russia is not carried out.
