WHERE IS BAZILIKA CLOTHING MADE?

All Bazilika brand clothes are produced in our own factories in Russia in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
 

 

 

WHAT FABRIC DO YOU SEW FROM? 
In production we use only natural fabrics such as silk, cashmere, wool, cotton, viscose and linen. Fabrics and yarns for dresses, suits and coats are purchased in Italy. Cotton and denim fabrics in Japan.

 

 

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR ORDER?

IN WHAT CURRENCY IS THE PAYMENT MADE?

The website shows prices in Russian rubles. The amount in your local currency will be debited from your card at the current exchange rate.

DO I NEED ADDITIONALLY PAY FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

In some countries, additional customs fees or taxes may be imposed by the laws of the country of destination.
Before placing an order, specify the duty-free import limits and the amount of customs duties / taxes.

HOW TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS FEES?​

Paying customs is easy. After delivery to the destination country, you can pay the tax by clicking on the link that you will receive in SMS from DHL along with your invoice number. All you have to do is pay your tax online. You do not have to talk with representatives of the customs service, as the amount of tax is calculated automatically.

In some countries, customs fees may be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

 

 

COULD YOU SEND A PARCEL AS A GIFT OR LOWER THE COST OF AN INVOICE?

Parcels are sent only with an official invoice, where the exact cost of purchases is indicated. We are a commercial organization with a large volume of daily international shipments checked by the customs services of the Russian Federation and the country of destination. We do not send packages in ways that are contrary to the law. The seller and the buyer are equally criminally liable for tax evasion in accordance with article 194 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

 

 

 

RETURN

 

 

HOW CAN I MADE A RETURN?

If the product does not fit you, you can easily exchange or return the product without explanation within 7 days of delivery.  To make a return, follow the instructions on the website in the Return section

 

 

DURING WHAT TIME CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Return parcel must be sent no later than 7 days from the date of initial delivery. We will not be able to accept the parcel and make a refund if the parcel is sent later than 7 days. This is due to the peculiarities of the legislation and customs clearance in Russia. 

 

 

HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

Refunds are made within 1 business day from the receipt of goods from the buyer. The term for crediting money depends on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.

 

 

IN WHAT CURRENCY WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

The refund will be made in the buyer's local currency at the exchange rate on the day the refund.​

 

 

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?

If the order has not been sent yet, you can cancel the order. To cancel the order, write to customer support at sales@thebazilika.com
The refund will be made taking into account the exchange rate on the day the order is canceled. Please note that PayPal withholds a commission when canceling an order. If the order was paid by card, then no commission will be charged.
