WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1-2 business days.

If the Customer has place a pre-order for the product, the package will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse. The date of arrival of the goods at the warehouse is indicated in the conditions of pre-order in the description of the goods.

If the Customer has placed an order for several products, where at least one of the items is on pre-order, then the parcel will be sent to the Customer when the pre-ordered product arrives at the warehouse.


WHERE CAN I TRACK ORDER STATUS?
When we ship your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Then you can track your parcel on dhl.com​

CAN I REFUSE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

If your parcel has left our warehouse and is in transit, the order technically cannot be canceled and returned to our warehouse. More details by link

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PARCEL IF I REFUSE IT?

If the Customer does not receive the parcel within 10 calendar days from the moment of arrival in the destination country, the parcel will be disposed of by default by carrier without a refund.
