Return and exchange of goods that maintained its original appearance, factory labels, seals and original packaging can be made strictly within 7 calendar days after the initial delivery.
Returns on merchandise must be requested within 5 days of receiving date.
According to the laws of the Russian Federation, if the return package is sent after 7 days from the receipt of the initial parcel, the re-import procedure will not be possible and we will not be able to make a refund and the parcel will be return to customer.
To exchange goods, the customer must return the goods and place a new order on the website. Or contact for exchange with the support service at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of exchange of goods through the support service, the buyer must pay for the re-delivery service and customs payments.
Please note, initial shipping cost and customs fees and charges are non-refundable.
