RETURN

Please note: Return form in the return section must fill out by the customer strictly no later than 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the original parcel.

 

Return and exchange of goods that maintained its original appearance, factory labels, seals and original packaging can be made strictly within 7 business days after the initial delivery. 

 

According to the laws of the Russian Federation, if the return package is sent after 7 business days from the receipt of the initial parcel, the re-import procedure will be impossible and we will be unable to make a refund and the parcel will be return to the customer.

 

To exchange goods, the customer must return the goods to the seller in accordance with a return politics of the seller and place a new order on the website. In case of exchange goods, the customer pays for delivery service and customs duties and fees for new order.

 

PLEASE NOTE, initial shipping cost and customs fees and charges are non-refundable.

2. After filling out the form, you will receive the instructions by e-mail for processing the return parcel. 

 

3. Send the parcel by courier service to our address indicated by e-mail.

 

4. Necessarily, send the parcel tracking number by email: return@thebazilika.com

 

5. After receiving the parcel and checking the goods, we will make a refund within 1-3 business day, provided that the goods comply with the return policy. Shipping cost and duties/taxes are not refundable.

 

6. Refunds are made only to the same bank card or PayPal account from which the order was paid. The amount of refund may vary depending on the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase and refund.
